You must be thinking of 35 year old Corliss, maybe you're too young to remember him as a young player. As a young player he had the same or even more athleticsm. They didn't call him "Big Nasty" for nothing.

Seriously he's a best case scenario but at that kind of level he's definatly worth a lotto pick.

I could see Minny taking Irving as the BPA, and just dealing Rubio (especially with these rumblings about Ricky wanting to play on the East Coast).

Exactly. I still don't get why those ppl kept saying Minny won't take Irving first, man they're so jokes.

If anything I think today's reports that Rubio wants to go to either Miami, Boston or NY just confirm that if Kyrie is available at #1 and the Wolves are on the clock they'll take him. That way, Kahn can easily trade Rubio and meet his demand, all while saving face as Kyrie becomes the PG of the Wolves and becomes something special.

I never understood why people state that their team should draft BPA and then assume every other team drafts for need. The only team I could see passing on Irving is the Wizards and they could still draft him to trade down.

If Irving isn't there, I don't want to see a PG drafted. I don't think there other guys are upgrades over Calderon and Bayless.

Watching Bayless tonight you have to admit he can be a stud PG.

Just curious why posters around here don't seem to be to into Kemba Walker. He's a junior, which bothers some people. But he has improved each season. I like him because his name is Kemba, that is a sweet name.

His stats are pretty impressive.... 25ppg, 7+ ft/g, 5 rpg, 5apg, 2 spg. And considering he handles the ball a lot, he is only averaging 2.2 to/game.

EDIT: Haven't seen this posted...but here is Hollingers top prospects (according to his stats)....

again, i'm really liking our draft position here. T-jones or Walker should be there for us and though i'm leaning heavily in favour of Jones.

Bayless
DD
Jones
Bargs
Davis

just looks damn nice on paper.

Replace Davis with DeAndre Jordan and we become the OKC of the east.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Westbrook and Durant make that an extremely false statement.

Syracuse is getting crushed again by 23 points tonight at home. That will be three losses in a row.

I didn't think that Syracuse was a top 10 team at the beginning of the season, but they made me believe after by their overall play from game six to game 18.

They didn't play bad against Pitt - they were missing their best player and went toe to toe with them on the road. The last two convincing home losses have been hard to fathom, especially against a **** Seton Hall team

Looking like a sub four seed now. Not many breaks in the Big East.

This Florida-Georgia game has had amazing finishes at the end of regular time and over time. About a 30 footer to send it to double OT.
