When the MLSE plane picked up Kawhi the other day, I am pretty sure it was only grounded for about an hour or so before flying back to Toronto. I don't think the quick departure tells us anything one way or another.

then mlse would just have plane wait there incase of a positive decision.

Why? Even if he decides to sign with the raptors, he doesn't have to come in for a press conf tomorrow, they can do that any time, hell they can even wait till the start of the season, it's not like Kawhi like doing this press things unless he's forced to.
