to be fair, it appears miami has no intention of rebuilding. they arent going to be good but they arent going to be bad enough to be a top 10 pick.

theres a reason why heat are locked in with their players, pat has limited draft picks next few years. why not "compete" till u fill ur obligations and then rebuild
