Mark Tatum handles the 2nd round so he usually doesn't have to deal with having to hug and dap up draftees. That's Silver's job.

"One of our guys"....by that he means he's going to bed, he'll worry about the 905 invites after some more evaluation of what MLSE wants.

They better trade for a guard if Fred leaves.

Banchero was a no brainer like Wemby. Wagner was the remainder of the Giddey and Kuminga tier - who Barnes was too.

They didn't even work out Suggs and still drafted him.
raf1995 wrote:I just don’t think he has that kind of potential. I think we will regret not trading him for a haul in a few years when he’s a mid-tier starter with nice playmaking and defense and a shaky jumper.

If Masai and Bobby try to sell us on them trying to trade into the 2nd round but being unable to, I will seriously lose it

So many of these picks are getting moved. No way we can’t get in on this action if we wanted to

I get wanting to buy into the draft, but would you give up 2 2nd rounders? that seems to be the price. we already foolishly traded away so many in the JP trade. With Sasser gone, I'm ok with going after priority UDFAs.

That said, If teams are opening to trading picks for $, then for sure!
