Yeah, I mean, I thought he looked good early on in the game. Definitely appears to be a guy who can run a team, and set up his teammates for shots. Turnovers remain a problem for him though, which probably can be attributed to inexperience, playing in his first real tight game like that one.
Overall, he finished with 13 pts, 3 rebs, 3 asts. (3-7 FG) and 5 TOs. Good thing about Myck is his ability to get to the line. He went 7-10 FTs, after having something like 17 FTAs in his last game. So, that's definitely encouraging. Defensively, I thought he was decent, not too good, but not bad either. Definitely will learn from this one, and get better.

Re: NCAA Basketball - Canadian Edition
While it has already for the most part been addressed, I was listening to ESPN radio on Friday afternoon and they had John Calipari as a guest.
Some question led into Dick Vitale criticizing Cal for not playing Wiltjer. Calipari mentioned that for the athletic bruising style of the game, he had better players available to him. He thinks for many teams he can play Davis, Jones, Wiltjer together, but this was not the matchup. Had nothing bad to say about him, and said he will get many minutes in certain important games.
He does not promise his recruits "X" minutes every game.

Re: NCAA Basketball - Canadian Edition
Canadians playing key roles (over 10 Minutes per Game) on Top 25 Teams.
#2 Kentucky - Kyle Wilther
#5 Syracuse - Kris Joseph
#11 Baylor - Brady Heslip
#21 Marquette - Junior Cadougan
#22 Gonzaga - Rob Sacre
#22 Gonzago - Kevin Pangos
#23 Cal - Emerson Murray
#24 Missouri - Kadeem Green
Khem Birch of #9 Pitt, is only at 9 miutes per game/
Don't seem anywhere close to 8 in prior season... even half of that... with the exception possibly being in 2009/2010, if Gonzaga was ever in the top 25, and SU had a few Canadians/
Marquette has been really dynamic on offence this year, and certainly some credit has to go to Junior Cadougan. Getting 7-7 in 25 games.

Well, that's a matter of opinion, but statistically and hype wise, Kris Joseph, Andrew Nicholson, Rob Sacre, Myck Kabingo, Kevin Pangos are a few, but there over 50 Canadians playing D1A, so there's a ton of talent out there.

Alex Johnson versus Myck Kabongo tonight.
Neither player is playing well. Both players have 0 points but Kabongo has 5 assists at least.

Good to see some of these guys from the OBA play well. Pulling for my teammate Kadeem Green though... get him back in this game!

Well, I didn't watch the game, but from reading Givony's twitter page, yeah it seems like he had a rough night.

Watched the Texas game, they were up big up until mid 2nd half where J'Coven Brown fouled out. After that everything went downhill, they seemed pretty much lost. As for Kabongo it seemed like he was scared to shoot or drive. Maybe it's because of the system but right now he looks like a 2 year or even a 3 year player.

Re: NCAA Basketball - Canadian Edition
Great to see something like this for the longest time Canada was subpar when it came to our international team.
Nice to see some of the talent playing major roles for their respective clubs/teams. Kevin Pangos looks like he's playing some great ball as of late Myck Kobango had a terrible night last night I mean 1 point but 5 assists I expect more from somebody of his talent.
