He probably won't make it to our 2nd round pick, but if he stays on the board and we have a chance to move up to get him, that would be pretty exciting.

I agree. He's smart, has very nice footwork.

Ive played ball against Andrew Nicholson. When I played him, he had no post game, but at times when he tried playing SG, even at his height you could see that he was well coordinated and would make a pretty solid NBA player. I hope he gets to a good team, where his services wont be necessary, unless its in a minimal role, that way he'll get some good recognition.

If BC swings some trades in involving multiple players on our team, we will be in need of these 2nd rounders. pick one for defense, pick one as a shooter.

His game is very reminiscent of Al Jefferson, which has Danny Ainge very interested. A little shorter and smaller than Big Al, but he's got a better face-up game (can put the ball on the floor), and looks to have better range. His footwork is beautiful, he has a 7-3 wingspan, and what impresses me the most is the fact that he is ambidextrous around the rim. He's not lasting beyond #22.

Honestly, I'm shocked that this board hasn't talked about him more just based on the fact that he's Canadian.

DX has his BEST CASE: Ryan Anderson

Here's Miles Plumlee in the 2nd UNC game

He's a guy that's getting considered a non offensive prospect because of the 6.6ppg as a senior thing, but does he look comfortable finishing or what. There's a reason statheads love 2P% as an indicator because volume in the NCAA depends on a lot of different things than the NBA, but scoring is scoring. Miles 61% is one of the best in the class and his 11ppg per 36 isn't THAT bad. Considering he's also a great athlete with rebounding numbers (13.4 rebs per 40) if this guy can finish shots around the rim I think he's an NBA rotation guy for sure and possible steal
It's going to be a glorious day... I feel my luck could change

I thnk Nicolson is much better than Ed Davis if we do moves to get players and two latter 1st and if Ed was involved in trades would pick him up.

What's funny is that I had lunch with Terrence Ross' agent yesterday. We talked about every possible scenario. Toronto never came up.

Wishlist of some guys that I want to be included in the Raptors workout: Doron Lamb, John Jenkins, Kevin Murphy (41.6% 3PT), Will Barton, William Buford, Marcus Denmon, Hollis Thompson (43% 3PT, Kris Joseph, Darius Johnson-Odom, Jae Crowder, Khris Middleton, Scoop Jardine.
If we trade the 8th pick we might need to pick someone in 2nd round. Doron Lamb, John Jenkins, Kevin Murphy, Hollis Thompson - group of good 3PT shooters.

Hollis Thompson close-up. Fluid, great athlete, elite 3pt shooter James Jones-lite, very effective NBA player, Georgetown player, different system, the most athletic player they had, 48% from 3pt line, best shooters in entire draft, great shooting 42% pull up jumpers, will translate well in NBA. He's Small Forward.
From ESPN draft combine.

As long as we grab Draymond Green with one of the picks, I'm happy. Wouldn't mind Quincy Acy either.

Lillard, Orlando Johnson, Hollis Thompson was my call months ago and I stick by it now :)

These 3 players balance our roster so nicely with legit basketball players.

Why does no one talk about Darius Miller as a possible pick in the second round for us

Darius Miller would be a good SF to nab and develop

Miller and Jenkins fill the backup 2 and 3 holes and they have potentials.

I like Machido, or Doron Lamb or Nicolson in the second round if they're there. Or Tyshawn Taylor.
