It's possible. He has all the tools, but he's still quite raw. Looks like an Andrew Wiggins type, but with a much better motor.

Is he a star? I'm starting to lean towards this kid being underrated as heck! He has the size, and the skill, all while still being 18
After watching this video, I like him a lot more than Wagner.
He might be around for one of our second round picks. I'd love to draft this kid and develop him into a nice 3/4 player.

4 years have produced 3 all-stars.
8 have produced 2.
7 have produced 1.
1 produced 0
Not included is 2017, which could produce 3 (MPJ, Sexton, Ayton). And then 2019 doesn't look great at the moment (Wiseman, Stewart, Anthony, Edwards, Carey, Manion, Jaden McDaniels, RJ Hampton, Scottie Lewis, Maxey).
ESPN is hyping this draft up like there 5 #1 picks, and we know that Cunningham (1), Green (2), Mobley (3), Barnes (5) and Suggs (7) are likely locks to go lotto.
Quentin Grimes and Charles Bassey are coming out this year and were top 10 back in 2018 also. They both seem like potential late steals not lottery picks though.

I think he definitely is the popular candidate to fall. Honestly if he does, the Raps might have to really think.
The tight handle on some of these PnR reps and that straight, balanced shot with not a lot of bend at the hips or knees. Reminds me a lot of Kawhi. I have been up and down on him. Hard prospect to evaluate

That would mean two other players would need to be selected in the top 6 besides Kuminga, which I think is highly unlikely. I guess we'll see.

I think the only way he drops is if his interviews are bad and or he refuses to do workouts.

Or scouts watched him in the g league.
He was terrible.

He wasn't terrible, that's a stretch
