Kon is 6'7 the same way Scottie is 6'9 and Gradey is 6'8. Going to measure between 6'4 and 6'5 barefoot from what I can see.

he does look about 6'7 but his wingspan looks weak and his vertical too

lol if raptors draft kon she’ll be in the crowd once a year when we play in milwaukee
in my mind he’s kind of a hybrid of klay and dunleavy jr. i’m not a big fan but he’s definitely a legit nba guy

maluach does the things we need in theory but he looks so bad doing them. i feel like i could overlook the clunky style if he was a more dominant rebounder but in my mind i just see him fouling trying to box out nba guys. seems like the exact guy draymond would inadvertently kick in the nuts. but i can’t deny he could be like an edey in memphis level guy. if we were drafting like 14-22 range i’d be a lot more open to the pick.

Edey is FAR more athletic than Maluach while being bigger, stronger, longer, and he has some post moves. I need someone to tell me what I'm missing out on him, because I just don't see it.

Been wondering the same. Unathletic raw big coming into a league where your bigs need to be athletic or skilled. I come away unimpressed every time he plays

Kon is such a smart basketball player. Very impressive. He just does all the little thngs.

You notice him out there on and off the ball because he is always doing something valuable. Never relaxes.

Kid is more Manu Ginobli than Gradey Dick. Super impressed by Knueppel.

I was thinking of Manu earlier.

Kon is too slow to defend in the NBA, Gradey is too weak. They both have high IQ and effort level.

They both play the same role in college and project to have the same role in the NBA.

I still think Kon's NBA comp is a blend of Josh Harts intangibles and size with Peyton Prichards shooting/slow roll use of strength to score around the basket.

But ultimately they are the same level of prospect coming out of college with the same narratives about their strengths and weaknesses.

Kon has a much higher basketball IQ than Gradey. He is also has a better motor & is way more physical. His off ball defensive instincts are miles ahead of Gradey. Kon might not be a great on ball defender, but I think he will be a good off ball team defender.

Maluach is altering alot of things. Such a good rim protecting presence.

Everything you just said was things said about Gradey coming out, except the physicality(instead talked about his athletic ability).

We will see what Kon looks like in the NBA. He does strike me as someone who won't be as rattled by the transition to the pro's compared to Gradey however.

It's possible he has a negative wingspan and that's what I'm seeing. Alot of long arm guys look bigger than their height on the court and vice versa. If he's over 6'5 barefoot I'm surprised. If he's 6'6 barefoot I'm shocked.

I want Maluach eating rebounds at 7'2 and w that length, looks like he was a weak base right now. when battling for positioning he gets pushed off balance easily and has 0 lift so guys he's jockeying with who are way smaller can high point the ball over his reach

Maluach does have good hips and lateral quickness defensively for someone 7'2

I've been disappointed in Maluach this season. But he's on a deep team with a limited role offensively. Hard to really see what he's capable of.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

I think the NBA is going to be easier for Flagg. He'll get a ton of calls that he isn't getting in the NCAA.

He'd probably have 25 tonight just from getting to the FT line.

Think I'm switching my pick from Liam to Kon, but hopefully we can get another pick to draft both and pair with Gradey
