Fred in chuck mode lol. 12 assists though!
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

5 blocks tonight in a starting role. Raps? Not interested. Rather have overpaid scrubs.

Goga sucks man.

A former 18th overall pick was waived and you are upset we missed out on that?

Helped beat Lakers as a bench backup C. Better than nothing. Which is what this bench has, no 3rd C. Happy with a 2-4 record I guess?

Season is 82 games, not 1. Players are ultimately judged by their total body of work. Goga’s body of work has not been good enough.

Important to not overreact to one game and remind ourselves it’s a long season.

1 win from a deep bench player is worthwhile. Having no C depth in a long season is a mistake. Maybe reconsider your logic.

This should be an easy suspension. This dude is always looking to injure people. They gave him a flagrant 1 only. He even flopped after doing this

It must be exhausting scoreboard watching and waiting for every bench scrub to have a good game so you can make a post about how bad our front office is.

This is why you can't be too low on Masai's post championship moves, he got the most important move right and it wasn't obvious.

28 points is more than what Wemby averages. He’s clearly better than Wemby.

It must be exhausting criticizing other posters non stop. Other GMs obviously agree with having actual bench pieces that are useful when injuries occur. I interpret your comments as the bench doesn't need to be filled with competent backups. It also means you're perfectly content with the end of bench players that the Raps currently have AND each of the 3 two-ways.

Where did I say that?

You just scroll through other teams stats and find outlier performances and "WHY DID WE NOT SIGN THIS GUY?" and ignore the other dozens of pathetic performances to understand why Goga signed a MASSIVE 2 year, 2.6M deal.

Here you go, take a read through the Pacers reddit thread from when he was waiver, in the middle of a season, on a rookie deal:

https://www.reddit.com/r/pacers/comments/10y04vq/shams_pacers_are_waiving_goga_bitadze_sources_said/

The highlight of his time here was when he nearly got into a fight with the coaches.

Didn’t he try to attacking someone outside of a locker room at a FIBA event?

About time. Another wasted first rounder.

All these people online are not paid $15M. All these people online shouldn't be expected to explain every detail of every possible outcome for your convenience.

Your comments 100% indicate that you don't feel having backup players as injury insurance is important. I can find other examples of players around the league so refencing some minor off the court stuff is just immaterial.

This has been an ongoing pattern with the current management in recent seasons, its just a fact that can't be denied. Poor bench, ignoring obvious skill deficits on the roster.

This highlights the importance of actually watching basketball games. I cannot stress enough the importance in doing so.

Honestly, I’m actually a bit stunned that he’s pumping up Goga. He’s just taking this way too far.

A few months ago he was hyping up Terence Davis who isn’t even in the NBA. Two years ago was hyping up Jalen Harris.

Return to Toronto Raptors
