If Dylan Harper is giving you 21 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists...you'd celebrate and call him the future. RJ does it...and he's somehow a 6th man?

And keep in mind...RJ averaged 22 pts, 7 rebounds and 4 assists at Duke.
RJ gets severely underrated by our fan base because hes not a home grown talent. He's a year older than Scottie and he's a more efficient + better scorer, while posting similiar passing numbers (RJ 5.4 APG vs Scottie 5.8 APG) ... but our fan base swears Scottie is a perrennial allstar, but RJ is expendable

Yup. Also...I'm reasonably sure that the haters still think this NY Knicks RJ and probably haven't watch an actual game to see how he has changed since coming home. The actual player is never as exciting as the prospect and the thought of what he could be.
And here's the thing...BI and RJ are former #2 and #3 overall picks. If we luck out and get #2...Dylan Harper probably gets the same treatment once he starts playing NBA games and he's no longer a mystery box but an actual player with his own set of shortcomings, gets picked apart by the haters around here and it's on to lust over the next big mystery box. It's starting to happen with Scottie...and if we are lucky enough to get #1 and take Flagg...Scottie's the next former lottery pick to fall from grace because it will be all about Cooper. I'm not saying it's the entire fanbase but there are a lot of fickle fans especially around here that are just waiting to pit one player against another or have an agenda for or against certain guys. It's toxic, really.
