I love Darko's attitude and his way of teaching and coaching with positivity. I think that is the right way to do it in all areas of life.

However, I'm still not convinced it's the most effective method to coach multi millionaire athletes. I hope it works out.

I guess they do. But I'm trying to say I respect his outlook on teaching and motivating, but I don't think it's the most effective in the context of a NBA coach.
