Keep him still. Trade FVV and/or Delon for a playmaker.

FVV needs to go. The management needs to save nurse for himself. If he's not gonna play Delon at least make him play someone that isn't trash and actually deserves 30 mins.

100% agree. I would rather keep Delon over FVV. At least, he gets the rest of the team involved.

I have been saying all year that Nurse sucks and is overated on this board but i always get trolled and shut down. Well now you can see for yourselves. This is just the start wait till the playoffs when coaches will be game planning against him lol.

It wasn't just an ISO. We screened using Harden's man so he'd be forced into a PnR and Kawhi could attack him as he was trying to switch. I don't mind the three in that spot. Even if you get a two you still have to win OT. He got a pretty good look.

Who was guarding Pascal? We should've surprised them there.

yeah and we set the screen kinda late, then Harden smartly bumped Kawhi enough to mess up his timing and his shot

Tbh I don’t mind, if these are the moments to set him down the line in similar situations, he’ll learn from this moment.
raf1995 wrote:I just don’t think he has that kind of potential. I think we will regret not trading him for a haul in a few years when he’s a mid-tier starter with nice playmaking and defense and a shaky jumper.

U call that a good look? 15.6 secs to go and that's all we could get?

I agree. That's on Powell. Watch it again and you'll see Siakam have to push Powell up to tell him he needs to go. If we're going to kill Nurse for anything, maybe it's putting Powell in that spot (though I thought he set an excellent screen).

It wasn't ideal but the play design was solid. If Powell had screened earlier Kawhi could have snaked Harden right to the same spot, pump faked, and then launched on balance. We've seen him do that a bunch of times. I'm sure a lot people would have preferred he drive on Harden in that spot and try to score in the paint. Put that on Kawhi I guess.

Lowry is just killing us. I do not care about the couple games he's due to have where he plays great. He's killing us

On the bright side, the Raptors won the last three quarters each. Gotta get to a better start on the road, especially against good teams. Something similar against the Pacers on the road the game before.
"I definitely knew he traveled, but I didn't know they were going to call it. That was one of them situations in which a great player made a move...and they called the call. And I was like, 'Oh, man, there is a God.'
