So if the Raps cannot announce that Kawhi signed before tomorrow, but the media room is booked, can they announce that he's NOT signing?

Raptors press conference today would be bad news.

They cannot announce him signing until tomorrow but they can announce that he isn’t returning.

He can announce that he'll be signing (verbal agreement) but official signing will take place tomorrow.
