That's brutal! Cason looked like he was hoping for another team. I had a feeling he was our target as well.

Cason going to be stuck behind SGA, Giddey, even Dort. Not much opportunity for minutes, at least initially.

There is a deal to be made with OKC. I wonder if OG could be the target?

Been saying it - OKC is going to need to make a move soon.

Could be a very interesting target destination for both OG and Siakam. They've got great youth, capspace, picks and a growing need for veterans that can win.

Could be a darkhorse.

Man OKC is stacked with so much young talent they don't got enough minutes to go around for everyone. Once they cash in they'll make a championship run really soon

Didn't like the fit for Black in Orlando, Wallace in OKC, odd selections for them.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

Yup. I expect them to see what they have in their young guys, including Chet this upcoming year and in the summer, they start making some significant trades. There just simply isn't enough minutes for everyone and they still have a boatload of picks in the pipeline.

Not to mention Shai has 4 years left on his current deal. That may sound like a lot of time but it seems to make the most amount of sense to maximize this window of his age and current salary - same for the rest of their roster. Especially with the new CBA rules, having multiple max guys is going to be extremely difficult, if not impossible but either way VERY expensive. I fully expect Shai to be worth a supermax on his next deal.

OG and Flynn for Dort and Giddey works in the trade checker.

Miller is so dumb that maybe his intelligence will actually affect his outcome in the NBA.

Podz says that Miami really liked him and it was between him and Jaime who they were gonna pick.

Just for some real funny posts, type Emoni into the search and read the slew of "tank for Emoni Bates" comments. 17 pages. We had to tank for the 49th pick to get him. Not sure if we were bad enough to get there.
