Interesting... I see Fears as this years most underrated player in the draft. Would take him 3rd. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being one of the best players in the league. Hoping he is one of those lottery guys who just slips too far.. Steph Curry (7th pick), SGA (11th pick), Haliburton (12th), Lillard (6th)
Heading into the draft three of those four guys were elite shooters, and SGA had great size and athleticism for a guard. Fears has...?
You haven't watched much Fears have you?

we could trade down. but if maluach is on the board and then we trade down to take another center... it makes no sense, if masai prefers khaman he would just take khaman

Could just be one guy making a few $100 bets across a couple of accounts rather than actual news.
I would be furious with Coward. Moreso than Maluach or Bailey.

He's a small guard who can't shoot and doesn't have jaw dropping athleticism.

This is the type of player i love. If we can address some of our scoring issues with trades, I would try to draft this guy (hopefully with another pick)

But you didn't watch him play right? He's a guy you have to watch. The numbers can't tell his story, all they can do is caution you of his downside.
His elite skill is ballhandling. He might not be an elite vertical athlete, but he has elite speed with the ball.
He's got fine size to be a PG. He didn't shoot well numbers wise, but he believes in his shot and he can create his own. His percentage is lower in large part due to how many came off the bounce and in defenders faces. He can make those shots. He's not some guy who struggles to shoot 30 percent on wide open catch and shoot threes.
He's got that star aura. You have to watch him to see it. Preferably full games. He led a tournament team when he was suppose to still be in high school.
If you want upside, he's got it.
