I hope we trade for Bosh. That'd be hilarious

Dan Gilbert's promise of getting Cleveland a ring before Lebron is on for at least another year. :D Guy must be happy as hell.

Well done by the Mavs. 100% credit to them they deserved it. What a completely unexpected play-off run but I'm glad that they won it even though I did want Bosh to win a ring.

First, congrats to Mavs. I didn't think they would make it out of the first round. Didn't think they could beat the Lakers. But they show how to play as a team. Amazing.

For the Heat, I am sure there will be lots of questions on LeBron, who just disappeared in the last 3 games. He was so good against Chicago, I don't know what happened.

Rhythm shooter is another way of saying he can't shoot. Of course soemtimes he'll get "hot". Of course when there's no pressure he'll make some Jordan threes--but the bottom line is when it counts, he can't shoot.

Wade and James are the most overrated superstars the league has ever known. How long does it take to learn to improve their game?

How is it the coach's fault that he has to "play to their strengths"? Aren't they supposed to be hall of famers?

Jeff Van Gundy will be inspired by seeing Dirk win it and come coach Dirk 2.0 :) in Toronto. He's depressed about his partner Jackson leaving, the Raps should call tonight and swoop him up.

What a collapse by the Heat. Dirk has his worst shooting game i've seen from him and still can't capitilize!

secretly i hope the new CBA prevents the Heat from signing anyone else hehe

Bosh played very very well though. No blame on him.

Mavs could go back to back with Butler and Beaubois back next season .

Heat need to trade Chris Bosh for Andrew Bogut. GET IT DONE, RILEY!

wooo Mavs!!!!!!

bakafool wrote:Bullshyt. We were saying the same thing about Boston when they first came together. I bet many fans upon hearing that Ilgauskas had signed were going "Aww crap they now have a decent center." Then when they got Dampier, "Aww fakin hell they even got Dampier". Then when they got Bibby, "WTF that's just unfair now!". That cast is far from crappy. But I have to agree that they'll be regular visitors to the finals the next few years.

A supporting cast of Bibby, Miller, Dampier, and Ilgauskas is crappy though. It's just a bunch of old veterans that can't provide consistent production. Remember, the Heat are a fast paced team that lives off of transition/fast break, and you're telling me those guys can run?
Basketball is like poetry in motion, cross the guy to the left, take him back to the right, he's fallin back, then just J right in his face. Then you look at him and say, "What?" - Jesus Shuttlesworth

Congrats to the Mvs, this couldn't have been scripted any better. Just whe (Labronze and Co.) thought they reached the mountain top they fall all the way back. This will hurt for a long time to come.

I think it would be very difficult to challenge BC if he ends up hiring Casey (similar to Smitch winning coach of the year, virtually impossible to argue aginst re-signing him).
