I don't know what the rules are about that, but I didn't see anything worth a tech there. Billups is obviously very animated because he's trying to get the ref's attention for the timeout.

It probably should happen at the start of a season, but I wouldn't mind the NBA getting more strict about coaches walking around on the court. Seems silly that they can just take a stroll around during active play with no issues.

Would have to put in a better system for timeouts at the same time, obviously.

Eh a couple of things

We all know he's not a #1 option, and that being said, their best player is injured.

He started out slow for us in the beginning of the year and now he had a 60% TS at the time of the trade.

This is most likely a wait and see type of thing.

One thing i'm certain of is he's not going to solve their defensive issues much. I don't think he's been a plus defender for years if the advanced stats are correct.
