Hot take: OG peaked - this is the most you’ll get out of him. RJ and Quickley together will be worth more than him next season and moving forward.

The Pistons draft pick is just gravy.

I’m usually a bit petty when it comes to former players, but I genuinely want to see OG succeed

How is our boy Precious doing?

I know Malachi will probably never see a chance under Thib
Google "Hind Rajab"
Total Killed by Israel = 50,000+
Israel kills a child every 45 minutes and ban aid workers from bringing in baby formula
Total being starved by Israel = 500,000 -1,000,000

Fred pulls one out of the fire against the pistons. 8 points and 2 assists in last 3 minutes to squeak out the desperation win.

I think it's becoming clear that he's having the best season of his career now. close to 40% from 3. 5th in the league in assists. 17.6 points per game while leading a bottom-feeder team into respectability in the toughest conference. Tied with Maxey for first in minutes per game. Good for him.

No worries the ones that were saying last season that "he is not a PG, but Scottie is"  never understood the position in the first place.
Fred is a very good player. His leadership was so strong that despite all the "conflicts", Nurse, Scottie and injuries...he somehow led us to a 27-14 home record. You have to respect that. Darko could have certainly used Fred's leadership right now.

You have it wrong. Each of them individually will be better than OG, at least in terms of counting stats. But we need to get a good one on one defender 3-4 out of the Pascal trade.

Some Pelican should have held up a hand printed 11,000 sign the way JV did for Demar.

But I think Thibs only played him first half and didn't go back to him in the second. Some Knicks posters were annoyed at Thibs on their game thread.

Barnes has done significantly better without Fred, but with the addition of Barrett and Quickly he's actually regressed thus far in terms of shooting percentage. Its obviously an adjustment in progress though.

Barnes last season: 15/7r/5a on 52% TS%

This season: 20/9r/6a on 58% TS%

Last 8 games: 17/5/5 on 54% TS%

Too bad the anti Fred zombie lobby made every Fred thread completely awful and lockable by calling him a greedy midget non stop. Otherwise there would be some very funny stuff to bump up.
They thought he'd be a bottom 5 team stat hunter while taking the ball from their youth. Couldn't be further from the truth. meanwhile, we can barely get a win every month despite having a great "value" PG in Dennis as our backup.
