lol wait so now we are adding Battle into the trade as well?

Also, tacks on 5.4m in salary to push us right up against the 1st Apron while losing a bunch of depth at the wing lol

Yeah I get it you don't like the deal. Just don't say it doesn't work when you have no **** idea what you're talking about.

Battle = min salary. Could be any of them Battle, Castleton, Lawson.

Obviously I have no clue what I'm talking about, you win the internet.

yeah apparently you can't **** add, so there's that.

lol that would be a no brainer obviously

I wouldn't include 9th. That is too far.

White would arguably be the best player on our entire roster, I think he's right around Lowry level as a player.

Mr Swagtastic wrote:Honestly whose left? Giannis is not coming to Toronto. Cam Johnson is good but dropping that far is too risky especially now you made Brooklyn have two top 10 picks. One being Mulach or Fears or Bryant and tyre other as tree BPA who knows maybe they get both Mulach and Bryant or Essangue. No thanks to that.

I really like the idea of Lamelo Ball on this team but does Charlotte want #9 and Quickley plus whatever to make it work?

I also really like Mathurin but I think Indy probably wants to hold onto him.

Only realistic guy is Sabonis the spacing is a bit of a issue.

I don't believe any of the JJJ or Morant to Toronto stuff. Memphis isn't moving then

We’ve already made our big deal for the off-season.

We’ve played 0 games with the most expensive player on our roster and have almost the entire core locked up past this season. I don’t think we’re in a rush to make another big deal, just a lot of noise out there

why are we paying claxton 25mil to come off the bench

To get Johnson without trading the 9th or down. Plus we need a backup 5. He'd be probably the best in the league.

23m in AAV for the next 3 seasons on a backup big makes a ton of sense of course

I don't care about you or anyone not liking a trade proposal. That's part of the fun of this board is having those debates.

Just don't tell it doesn't work financially, when you're wrong. Like put it through the trade checker and see for yourself if it works financially or not. You think I'd post something that doesn't work financially? Come on man.

Personally, and I know this wouldn’t go over well with some, I would jump at RJ and 9 for White and 28. Then I’d draft Danny Wolfe. IQ, White, Ingram, Barnes, Yak makes a lot of sense as a lineup and I definitely think that is a playoff team.

The bench of Shead, Walter, Gradey, Occhai, Battle, Mogbo, Wolfe should be solid enough.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Pretty sure Dallas just extended Gafford for nearly that exact number. Is he starting over Lively?

Gafford makes 18M and their starting C is on a rookie scale contract

Because Nico is who we should aspire to copy right?

Also, yes Gafford has started a bunch of games over Lively.

I don't think 3 years at 54m is equivalent to 23m in AAV but I can't add so I'm not sure.

Time for Darko to finally earn his contract

Teams are looking at OKC and realizing you gotta think ahead and be proactive. Why try to force something that isn't gonna end well when you can load up on picks and slowly build up.

You trade everyone except Jokic to avoid the second apron. Jokic surrounded by a couple bums, me and you would still make the playoffs

Nuggets don’t want to be that kind of tax paying team, and Jokic won’t be happy if they trade away Murray or Gordon.

Wonder if the Nuggets are worried about the new owners in LA trying to lure Jokic there.

Why are we rumored to trade an actual good young player (RJ Barrett) and our pick for Brooklyn's trash? So odd...
