Thanks! Wow nice wingspan.

So I'm assuming he's going to keep growing and end up around 6'8, 6'9 if he's only 17. Will he play a forward position then? (Does he already?)

He's only grown an inch since hew was 13 I think, so he might be done.

He played both Forward position with Stefan Janvokic last I watched him. Wiggins will likely be a SF.

He'd be happy to give him to us, but we need to at least make a half-hearted effort to tank the season and finish with a bottom five record.

You might be right. The league has shown to be in favor of top prospects playing for their home team and I think Stern would be glad to see us able to boost season ticket and merchandise sales.

He used to go to my school , he was a bully and a jerk. Perhaps he will be a sweetheart once cameras are on him.

Mom and dad are both Florida State alums and that's where they met. So, the 'noles might have the inside track on this one, but I'm sure UK will be up there.

He may not go to college at all. As a non-American, he'll be eligible for the NBA draft in 2014 whether he reclassifies to class of 2013 or not. In other words, he plays 2012/13 at Huntington, then 13/14 either at Huntington or the NCAA or anywhere he wants, and then is eligible for the draft in June 14.

I'd rather tank for him then go down the path our team is headed as a 7th-10th seed.

His mom was an Olympic silver medalist in Track and Field for Canada (she still holds some Canadian records). His father, Mitchell Wiggins, was a former NBA player who played for the US National Team in the 80s.

So, yea, perfect genes.

show me a mix of 4 minutes of him taking jump shots.
his quicks and hops are pretty awesome. his spin move is excellent.
but that shot needs to be deconstructed and FAST

He still needs to fine tune his jumper, but it's certainly not a broken jumper. When I saw him up live against Next Level Prep, Wiggins shot form looked really wet and he was hitting jumpers from anywhere he wanted. It could had been a hot shooting night, but his form was very smooth and the release was lightning quick. It wasn't unorthodox like you see from many 6-7/6-8 prospects. He needs to shoot off the bounce quicker when he's at the peak in mid-air instead of holding his jumper then releasing it on the way down.

Mirror, did he give you a sharpshooter because you refused to give him your bus fare? That's what happened to me in high school

Absolutely - Everything looks WAY ahead of its time for him but his shot looks extremely frail. He can be the league's (hopefully ours) next big superstar if he gets that part of his game to at least be average league-wide.

I have followed Andrew Wiggins pretty closely over the last two summers, and his jumper definitely isn't broken. He has deep range and consistently hits the NBA 3 already.

This highlight mix doesn't directly reflect his game. He is also a great rebounder, defender (shut down Julius Randle - #2 ranked prospect), and passer. He is the full package. It just so happens that he has about 2-3 of these highlight plays in every game.

His jumper may not look as nice as you'd like, but his offensive game is very polished. He can post up with a nice floater hook, pull up and hit the mid range, finish in traffic after getting hit, and dunk on anyone I've seen.

Thing I noticed. Wiggins is a lot bigger than these other guys that I am guessing are older.
And I so hope, there is so miracle of a way the Raptors land this guy.
