I would be very surprised if Nick Collison didn't make a top 20 list. If you watch OKC he's just about perfect at being at the right place at the right time despite having limited mobility. Chuck Hayes also gets by primarily on his knowledge of the game and can obviously set a devasting screen. Another extremely high bball IQ guy is obviously Joakim Noah.

I've sat a few rows up from courtside a couple times to watch the Bulls and I honestly think Noah might be one of the sneakiest, most frustrating guys for guys to to play against in the entire league. He also does all the little things that we love Amir for (and then some) to give the Bulls whatever advantage he can.

I hope we can teach some of this to Jonas eventually.

The first play we used to run a play like that in my old travel team, we called it open sesame. It's a way to get the person running through the double screens, in this case DeMar, an open 3 at the top.

Because he's played like 2 minutes this season.

Two point five years worth of data. You may have missed that.

To be fair, in that vid, there's a hell lot of moving screens been shown. Amir is on the KG levels of moving screens, though he gets called on them, while KG gets away with it.

That probably explains his high +/- numbers each year. The players that do the little things are just as important as the players who get the pts, boards, assists

Oakley. Man's mission on offence was to set hard screens. Like, everyone else was tallying their points in their heads, and Oak was counting how many guys he laid out on the court.

Oakley also used to jog slowly up court after inbounding with his hands up, letting the PG use him as a screen as they brought it up against pressure to get across half.

It was hilarious and classic Oak.

Amir "Screen" Johnson. Hopefully, JV can develop his screen like Amir's.

Nice stat, I wish I could delve into it more, but their site sucks. I cant even find where to purchase data/how much/etc.. Were at such an exciting time for sports statistics, these companies are going to change/challenge/etc.. the way we look at basketball to how we scout player/s.

Jason Collins is probably best known for setting screens as far as NBA play goes. Doc Rivers said he was second to KG for setting screens during his time with the Boston Celtics.

I've always liked Kosta Koufos and thought he was very underrated.

Say what you want about Collins being a screen specialist but his minutes over the last 2.5 years do not justify his being on this list and theres only one obvious reason for which he is on it. Without even searching we know there are better players.
