Staying with someone you're unhappy with is worse on you than having divorced parents is on a child. Most kids these days are children of divorce tbh and they're more or less fine. The important part is they still have a mother figure and father figure.
I completely agree. My post was very short and I have no idea of Amir personal life.
So:
if he was separated and it's OK to get a new girlfriend : good for team chemistry, as another poster said.
if it create a mess in his personal life: maybe will have an impact on his professional life.
I wonder if there is a relationship between this and the fact he just bought a house in LV.
