God i hope this doesnt drag on to where tmrw morning woj says kawhi hasnt made up his mind yet and gives us hope again only for it to break hours later that hes going to the lakers. Would be the most cruel way for this to play out possible

Pretty much this. Then all the little LeBron stans can run around calling hime LeGoat. What a joke. Imagine MJ missing the playoffs in the east then getting Hakeem to play with him in 94. This is essentially what it was.

Kawhi is not in the ilk of MJ if he teams up with LeBron. He could’ve surpassed Bron if he stayed and ran it back with us and won. Looks like he just wants to semi retire in the shadows of him.

I just wanna say, I'm always gonna appreciate the title, and what Kawhi did for us.

But not wanting to run it back in a league that would be full of parity if you do, to be the third guy to join a superteam, for a team that can't draft that well or get good coaches and whose GM is described as a backstabber...also a team that would have developed zero of it's 3 top 5 players...it's weak, or sad, or something really not good. Not just for us but for the league.

Kawhi leaving really was never gonna be a surprise since I’ve felt he leaned going to LA the whole season..but thought clippers. What an absolutely weak move if he did choose lakers.
