Would that be the Sunnyvale Gamecocks?

Not unless we're tanking this year. Achiuwa is regarded as a lottery pick.

If i had to guess i bet we pick from 18-24

so we might be able to catch someone who falls from the lottery (especially a PG since there are so many)

I was hoping Paschell would drop to the raps last draft and he’s looking pretty good so far. For this draft I’d expect Masai to do what he always does and moneyball it. Look for players who are undervalued due to age, experience, injury or who have one or two elite skills with the rest needing refinement.
Haven’t taken the deep dive into the draft yet but SG, C and PG are the obvious needs in that order. A tweener Forward that could backup OG and Siakam would be next. If TD, Dewan or anyone else carves out a spot that could change things. Austin Wiley seems like he’s been in the last 5 mocks but could be an undervalued player, similar player as Dewan though.

Isiah Joe 24/5/7 - 4/11 from 3 and interestingly 6/7 from 2

Okongwu with 20p-13r-8b on 9/12 shootin

Yet he'll end up a top-5 talent.

My prediction is this pick gets moved if a quality rotation player presents themselves before the trade deadline. I wouldn't cry too many tears as the talent level of that pick may just be comparable to the rookies and redraft guys the team already has on the roster.

The next likely scenario would be a draft-and-stash overseas guy, so as to not mess with the cap sheet.

The Raps player development knack for finding overlooked upperclassmen (who are close to contributing) and redraft candidates really alters how the team can leverage non-lottery draft picks.

He is pretty great and reminds me of Tyler Ennis in a lot of ways. I watched him play with the national team and he just makes his teammates play better and has good timing on when to use his offense. Not sure if he is a first rounder though.

On the topic, I think Paul Eboua is an obvious target. He played with BWB recently and is a long 6-5 guy with 7 foot wingspan. Huge defensive potential. From Cameroon like our star Pascal Siakam. He is playing in a low division in Italy, but he was in the draft last year until pulling out late so people got a long look at him.

Karim Mane will garner a lot of interest if his wingspan is actually close to 7'.

Our depth issues are brutal so these picks are likely going to be important lmao

We should aim for depth/ rotational players at the floor.
Chances are, we rebuild in 2020/21, so we need good team centric guys to compliment a star in next year's draft.

Our drafting is one of the best in the league so I'm sure we'll be fine. I heard rumors Raptors wanted Shai Gilles and now he's looking like a future super star so they are point so we can all rest easy

Not really impressed with Wiseman. For a guy as hyped as him he doesn’t show enough skill. He looks more like Tyrus Thomas or Noah Vonleh, a high energy role player. Hopefully he can develop further this year.
