He doesn't care about the Raptors, why should we care? He never shows love to the city. He's all about his "Heat" Career.

I remember as a young player he cried on the bench because of how much he hated losing. Then we kind of gained a little momentum with Colangelo as our GM, but his obsession with Bargnani ultimately doomed this team. Then during Bosh's final game as a Raptor I remember Antawn Jamison elbowing him in the face and him going down. I didn't know he'd leave then, but I shed tears in that moment because it just felt like his run in Toronto had come to an end. But he gave us some hope by implying that he didn't want to sign elsewhere and become a second fiddle even though he'd ultimately sign on to be a third fiddle.

I didn't like Bosh signing with Miami, but lets not forget the good times. The man repped Toronto hard when he was here. He was never given a real chance to win. We had an incompetent organization from the top down and any smart player would've got out of town before they played their career surrounded by mediocrity. Things are great now, but never forget our roots. We were a perennial lottery team or first round exit, and that was not Chris Bosh's fault by any means.

During his time here he saw us select Araujo over Iguodala, Miralles over Ariza, Graham over Granger, Bargnani over Aldridge, Roy, Gay, Lowry, and Rondo. He saw us trade our pick (which became Roy Hibbert) for a washed version of Jermaine O'Neal who we would then ship to Miami so that they could have the cap room to steal Bosh from us. Just downright incompetency from Colangelo.

He's going in as a Heat, congratulations to him for making the HOF but this city don't love him like that.

No, I just believe in freedom to go where you want after 7 years. He doesn’t owe you or us anything. Wish he didn’t say some of the things he said after though that was low of him

You earned your fan stripes in those days. Players back then didn't want to play here. It was a constant battle. It's hard for a PF led team to excel for whatever reason. I think he had to leave.

Basketball HOF standards are weak overall. Maybe they need to lower number of inductees per year. It should be reserved for best of best. Sure players like Bosh can have argument to be in HOF when compare to some already in it.

I'm putting the over/under on Raptors footage shown at 10 seconds total.

No, but he's probably one of the only people that dipped and then trash talked the city any chance he could.

Congratulations.

Agree with posts above; ultimately Bosh looks back on his Heat career more fondly than his Toronto career unsurprisingly.
Having said that, the franchise stars prior to and after Bosh i.e. Carter and then Lowry/Derozan were more impactful to Toronto basketball than Bosh himself.

Fair enough. But I’ll say he probably cared more then you or anyone else did. If that’s the goal post I just feel you’re wrong.

The thread title and the existence of this thread are causing a cognitive dissonance.

Bosh had no one on his teams. I don't blame him for all the losing. But I really disliked how he strongly hinted and coming back, wanting to still be the man etc.

But in reality he had already discussed with Lebron about joining forces and that was already a done deal.

We might have been able to get some value for him instead of losing him for nothing

Mods should've jumped on this thread and locked. With a post saying "No, and we're not going to start one now." Didn't like his goofy ass as a Raptor and all but forgot about him when he played on those Heat teams. Nobody cares about him as a player, anywhere. Most Raptors fans dislike him, and most Heat fans don't care about him. In 10 years, no one is going to be talking about Chris Bosh.
