He looks like he could use another year at school to bulk up. Of course he won't though.

What made Mobley special was that he anchored a team full of fringe division 1 players into a top defensive team in college. If any of those 3 bigs care more about their own side of the court, that's my pick.

Not worse than Porzingis.

If this is the "Official Thread", should it be stickied and not fall to the 2nd page.

I'm 1/2 the past two drafts. Wanted Barnes and Flynn. Should have wanted Bane. Flynn has forgotten how to shoot somehow.

Gonna start bearing down on prospects now that it looks like we'll be in the lottery. I do quite like AJ Griffin just based on what I saw in high school and against Lafayette (which is admittedly not great competition).

If our record keeps on going in this direction, it will never drop far.

Not interested in lottery picks.
Everybody is losing their freaking minds. Nutbars and wingnuts have infested this forum. We've become a public lavatory without cleaning staff.

The first video ranked to 60, second with 30, so this is not about lottery picks.
This is the reason on splitting off from the TWO thread, as I wish to discuss other prospects, and may interest in getting a late 1st round pick (*cough* Dragic *cough* Boucher *cough* Myhailiuk *cough*)

I think the most likely scenario is 10-15 range which was my thought preseason. But with how the season is going (especially with injuries), anything is possible, its a logjam for 7th to 10th spots. Really interesting possibility is Duren on Memphis. That team stinks and lacks PG leadership. He could slip.

This board should have a dedicated draft thread. Posts get lost in the other ones.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

If we end up with a second rounder,
Much like last season before he return to school, Kofi Cockburn is a guy I wouldnt mind going through our development system.

I think if OG comes back healthy, and we make a trade, we could be in the 16 - 20 range.
I don't think we can out tank the West and the bottom 3 in East to be within top 10. I will put my eye in the 16 - 20 range, in case we make it to the playoffs.

I think it depends if we are trading away Boucher (not re-signing him next year, as we might have enough PF/C), and I hope he gets us a low 1st.

Would Dragic gives us a mid-2nd round pick? That is hard to believe with his salary, unless we are taking a bad contract, which I prefer to get more than a 2nd round pick.

Draft looks weak after the top 5 of chet jabari Ivey bhanchero and brown I'd add mathurin too but after that I feel most players are similar in outcome so getting a pick in the , teens might not be so bad

I have to disagree. I usually see undersize in late 1st, this year (and same for last year), there are many players who has the NBA size to play their position even at late 1st or even in the 2nd round.

Most draft would see 6'6 SF in the bottom of the 1st, this year, you are starting to see 6'6 in the mid 2nd round.
