Khem Birch was a tradeable contract

I actually don't disagree with this. I've watched parts of games down the stretch, and every time I check...we're in the games in the 3rd Q, and then I check again, and we've lost by 10 (Perfect for the tank!)

We have a good developmental program that needs some winning players. I see the front office taking Holland, Edey, and a high potential shot creator at 31.

couple of things.
Raps FO had a lot of small misses, losing on the margins. they need to turn that around
Raps FO badly need to keep their own draft pick whether they admit it or not

Indeed, typical end of season speech, and people forgot what they heard last year anyway.

The bigger the expectation the harder you will hit the ground the moment spurs gets our pick.

He said 5-10 moves. Sounds like he will trade more picks.

Dennis and McDaniels were supposed to be the saviours that made Fred bolting for nothing okay. Hope they learned their lesson. Looks like they did moving OG and Siakam before even the trade deadline

No one viewed McDaniels as nothing more than a cheap signing with decent tools. He obviously disappointed massively but that’s what happens with guys who make 4m a year.

People did see Schroder as a viable replacement for Fred though and we learned right away how foolish that was.

We already have 6 players that are considered to be our core
They just need to find at least 3 very serviceable players, and much of the team's success will depend on the organic growth

Lol Kelly and old backup journeyman ... um core, lol
DICK.. a rook who still needs to show a lot more on both ends...

Purtle... borderline core... this core is lottery bound every year... hopefully some picks and trades will add needed quality bigs... then... we are a play in team, lol

To me the rope that he had is gone and anything that he says now I take it with a grain of salt as he has lost a ton of credibility.

The worse thing is, now that the team is struggling he's in the spotlight a lot more and when the team was successful he was just a footnote. Masai

Need to add some serious talent to the bench.

Our bench has been dreadful for years. This draft is an opportunity to fix all those issues.

I believe in Masai!

Starting lineup:
Quickley
Barrett
Ochai (mainly for defensive purposes and cutting ability)
Barnes
Poeltl

Bench:
Dick
Olynyk
JFL

Yup - bench needs serious upgrades. One injury in the starting lineup and the whole season will go to sh*t again.
We have very limited depth. Need some playmakers and shooters.

I think Bruce Brown is supposed to be that core bench player for trading siakam. Turns out he doesn't even want to be here. We are off to a 0 - 1 start.
Normally in these trade you get one or two known commodities, and BB is the one that fits the bill.
