The first round was Dan Tolzman's.

The second round has Masai's hand all over it. The guys he loves: small point guards, raw guys with long arms and raw guys from Africa.

The difference is they were talking about 1st round picks with guaranteed contracts. 2nd rounders with partial guarantees are totally different
