That’s not how it works.

People used to think the Earth was flat, but people like you didn’t allow others to speculate whether it was round. There was no foolproof evidence for either narrative at the time. You can’t say it’s 100% certain the Earth is flat and that it’s on the skeptics to prove that the Earth is round.

When there is no foolproof evidence for either side or even strong evidence, you don’t make conclusive statements for either narrative. It can be open to speculation.

With Araujo draft I felt I wasted time, so I completely stopped looking at draft prospects. So I can’t answer.

Washington gets 1st (hands down, they have a large population, even though not the biggest spenders on merch, roster is starving for a big name to get 30mpg letting NBA showcase a single 'superstar' to be.

The retrospective coherence ppl manufacture here is just wild... there are dozens of outcomes the league would prefer if they actually rigged the draft, and yet people choose to ignore that side of the evidence. There's a name for it too, Texas sharpshooter fallacy - instead of shooting at an actual target the target is painted around the random holes in the barn.

I just read further above that Flagg going to Washington would mean it's a rigged draft, and now I've seen it all. Once even the most likely outcome of a non-conspiracy confirms your conspiracy theory you know the problem is on your side of the screen.

I think the draft is definitely rigged. Seeing how cavs got the 1st overall pick to get LBJ, wemby to spurs, and how the Lakers got Luka for scraps, it's obvious there is an invisible hands behind.

So if you are the league, how are you going to rig this draft? How about Flagg to the 76ers? Harper to Pelicans? Bailey to Utah or washington? Just speculation, but I think the 76ers may get a good pick higher than what they deserved.
