I thought in the interview he even said that San Antonio approached him about Kawhi at Summer League.

I think we lucked into that one otherwise we would have seen a few Lakers titles and Brandon Ingram would be on the Spurs.

Mainly some cool new insights on the Kawhi trade, some general scouting information, and draft day info, but nothing really on this current squad.

Lowry was also in the building but not being interviewed.

in summer league just confirmed they were serious and the raptors were on the 2 yard line

Would love to replace Temple with Lowry but im very sure he'll go back to Philly because he probably still feels he can play some backup minutes and Philly wants to make up for last season.

Whether they will or not hangs on Embiids health and we all know how that has played out so far...

Wouldn't say luck, it was through the connections Bobby built that he was able to pull it off.

Bobby said that even after the trade Masai had his doubts and was a bit skeptical about Kawhi showing up. Bobby assured him that he would, given that there was so much money on the table and Kawhi wouldn't pass up on that.

Am I missing something, Dallas had a FA workout last week where Dennis Smith Jr and Cam reddish attended, are they currently FA??

Reddish was released during season, he is a a FA right now
Dennis Smith didnt play in the nba last year, just 2 games in europe.

It was actually this:

He said "we knew he was coming...but there was the narrative was he going to show up. Masai kept asking me and I told him he won't get paid and the NBA is not a holdout sport, but I said okay we havn't really talked to him, I spoke with him on the phone once, but I spoke to him through Uncle Dennis' phone...we brought him to the facilities and showed him OVO and you could kind of see him know what's going on..." then he said when they took the pic, he put his arms around Bobby and Masai, and they realized he was happy to be there.
