its basically all the filler players teams sign for summer league, gleague teams etc. cause free agents with expiring contracts arent allowed to meet teams right now.

Bobby said that even after the trade Masai had his doubts and was a bit skeptical about Kawhi showing up. Bobby assured him that he would, given that there was so much money on the table and Kawhi wouldn't pass up on that.
