Scottie not even cracking the top 20 is laughable and embarrassing.
Our fanbase has lost the passion.

Sad to see really…

I think the majority of NBA fans know what he is, the only exception are the Scottie stans on this board

I wouldn’t either but I’m guessing more casuals enjoy watching JJ than Scottie. JJ also seems like a media darling atm.

Hawks fans also seem very exited about him.

Are Raptor fans excited about Scottie? I’m not sure

Scottie needs to do some more 360 dunks like last year
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Pascal at 9th is surprising considering the Pacers are 2nd to last in the East, really just a popularity contest and what people did last season

Yall keep talking about other fanbases and casuals nobody is expecting them to vote for him but the fact the Raptors Fandom on its own can't even is the problem.

Five Knicks in the top 16 plus Porter Jr of Brooklyn tells me a lot of New Yorkers are voting.

But, but, but... according to many raptor posters he's top 25 NBA...

As I said before, we have good starters, including Scottie and Ingram... but as you can see there are many more deserving players who should be selected ahead of any Raptor... Perhaps as Allstar Replacements someone may get in, as Scottie did the one year... but I don't see it unless Scottie starts having a lot more games like the last one...

We lost a lot of our pick-me energy as a fanbase after the championship, but we need to dial it back up. Hopefully someone disses Toronto in the media or something.

Embarrassing... But still, the coaches will probably acknowledge his performance this season. Barnes >>> Ingram

He is. It's a popularity vote. Not a list by Analysts.
These votes are mostly won through reels and shorts via Instagram. Highlight reels etc.

Pretty embarrassing by our fanbase (I also didn't vote....)

Scottie will get in on the coach vote but I do think this stuff is important to keeping players in town so will make sure to vote in this round.

I just voted for the first time in over a decade. The returns are a joke for Basketball Canada.

I'm not a big Scottie fan but even I wouldn't put him below a guy like Giddy or Banchero.

The team hasn’t done a good job pushing fans to vote like they did in the We the North era.

Also, Ingram and Barnes aren’t really highlight reel players or playing for a great team. Expecting different results than what we are seeing is setting yourself up for disappointment. I mean, nobody wants to show up to watch a bevy of midrange jumpers and great hit ahead passes haha.
not strong, only aggresive cuz the power ain't directed/ that's why, we are subjected to the will of the oppressive

Ofc Scottie is miles ahead of those 2 (imo)

But he's a franchise player. I put him up against other franchise players

But that's what All Star voting has always been. Hopefully the coaches are a bit smarter than that when it comes to choosing reserves.

It's the same reason why DeRozan always got more votes than Lowry. Anyone who knew anything about basketball knew that Lowry was the best player on the team, but DeRozan had the PPG advantage.

To echo...it's about pts and hilights that gets votes from other teams fans. Barnes does a lot of the "lunch pail" that isn't sexy, but the team needs to do to win.

Barnes may or may not make it but for sure the media has not been pushing it like the "Freddy All Star" blitz that was in full force, for example.

Maybe WE all need to make the push for him and BI...and see how much we can impact the vote on the next update. I just voted for the 1st time this year.

Perhaps it's a glimpse into how excited the fans are about this team. Conclusion: not very much.

I just voted for the first time since I have the app and an account.

The players are presented to you in order of PPG by default. Voting is positionless. 90% of people are going to pick their favourites and then fill the ballot with names they know in the order in which they are presented.

That said, it would be good for Raptor fans to have a better showing.
