I may not be an analytics guy but I trust my parameter eyes and JaKobe got that dog in him. I don't see how this guy's model failed to capture such an important parameter tangible.

Took the most difficult shots you could imagine due to being the main creator on a team in a TOUGH conference. As a freshman i believe.

The percentages are no surprise when you take that into consideration.

Comparing him to Svi Mykhailiuk is odd.....Svi was 6-7 with like a 6-5 wingspan which causes issues in the NBA. Walter is built in reverse at 6-5 with a 6-10 wingspan....much more conduscive to success in the NBA.

I dont mind the pick....you can never have enough movement shooters with the way the game is going.

With Quickley, Dick and Walter....toughness might be bit lacking in the backcourt though.

Scottie. They know they can't have non-shooters around him. That's why RJ is gone if his %s from last year weren't real (he's gone regardless imo)

RJ still provides rim pressure which is something Scottie still isn’t great at.
They have to find a wing who can shoot/defend so they can keep Scottie closer to the rim on defense. It’s a rebuild so long way to go.
