not a bad job.

skin colour: its a small project to turn a white person black or a black person white, so don't worry about it. but you can do something as simple as using the eye-dropper tool to click on the colour you want the skin colour to be, and then use the paintbucket tool with various filling options (i.e. shadows, or whatever) and opacity and fill in the skin areas.

resizing; select the layer you've added and lower the opacity to 50%. you can then see what the original face size is like and you can stretch the new face accordingly.
