one of the worst sports day in a very long time...first the 4-year sentence of being stuck watching BumVleet and now Ibaka going to the f'in flippers. I wish for nothing but horrible things for that whole franchise, top to bottom.

Love Masai but so much for the bullsh*t Masai-Africa connection and Giannis pipe-dream.

Honestly, I'm not all that sad to see him go and I hope he does well in LA.

I wonder if he has any sponsorship opportunities lined up in LA that'll make up the salary difference?

We will not just have no decent big we also lose a ton of 3pt shooting and being able to stretch the floor. If Gasol comes back be ready for a year filled with Gasol being open from 3 and bricking

Realistically we aren’t contenders anymore so it makes complete sense to me that Ibaka would go. The Kawhi decision never will though.

Would've loved to have seen how Masai/Bobby retooled our team if Kawhi came back. We'd be working on that 3 peat.

Yeah he said it over and over again throughout the year that as long as Toronto wanted him back he’d have no reason to leave. I believed him, which is why this comes as a bit of a shock. Really didn’t see this coming

So you think there is zero chance that the Raptors are not willing to go into the tax this year? Because 19 million plus would have done that.

Lowry was extended for 1 extra year last summer. Speculation was that he was to be traded at this time. Will he be traded to Philly in some 3 way deal?

While it's disappointing that Ibaka is leaving, it's infuriating that he's going to the Clippers. They blatantly violated the league's anti-tampering rule while Kawhi was still with Toronto and essentially got away with it. I'll be rooting against them more than ever now.
