Too late to tank now. It's gonna be a mediocre pick

It's never been a better time to throw away the season. Everyone should be available right now for the right deal.

Re: Tank World Order (2.0)
If we can't take at least one game from Bucks I think TwO win the argument.
I expect the Raps to respond in a big way after this disgraceful game but the identity of this team regarding whether or not any of these players are worth holding on to on any meaningful level hangs in the balance (for me at least).

A lot of teams with 11-15 or 10-17 records so we could drop a lot of spots if we have a bad couple of weeks

It's too late for our pick but we can still trade for picks.MixxSRC wrote:canz55 wrote:If we can't take at least one game from Bucks I think TwO win the argument.

Re: Tank World Order (2.0)
The East is so bad some people were fooled into thinking the Raptors are a piece away. The worst team in the West matches up well with the Raptors across the board and this was without a noted Raptors killer in Dlo and Saunders going 11 deep while running end of game plays for a 19 year old rookie.

Re: Tank World Order (2.0)
We’re only 2 games away from the 4th pick. It’s definitely not too late yet. We just need to start embracing it and make the moves to actually tank for real. Move Lowry

People might think I'm pro tank but I'm really not I hate watching us lose. At the same time, I can see them team needs help and this just isn't the year with the current situation and team. This is probably why I haven't watched the games cuz I still hate watching them lose. It helps numb the pain if that makes sense knowing we have something to look forward to hopefully.

So can I expect that we getting MVP with 15th pick?

Re: Tank World Order (2.0)
It'll be hard to compete with the Cavs, Magic and Bulls for the lottery (not even thinking about Detroit or Washington). Bulls and Magic dealing with injuries.
Trading Lowry for some assets (Like we should be doing considering his contract and likelihood of leaving) and potentially Norm for a 1st rounder should help with the whole process.

Re: Tank World Order (2.0)
Unless Masai/Webster go for a Rudy Gay type deal with Lowry and Norm, this team without those 2 is no better than the Bulls or Cavs. Get top 5 lottery odds and you're good.
