At 9-12 where do you stand?

Tank World Order: Hope the team continues its downward trajectory so that they can add another top lottery pick talent to the core of Barnes and OG?

This whole idea of the draft being weak isn’t something I’d really put much weight into. Every single draft has good NBA players

Give Masai a top 10 pick in a “weak” draft and I’d still feel more confident in him getting a key piece for our core than I would feel confident in 90% of our GMs getting a good player in a stronger draft

After being entirely proven wrong about Scottie over Suggs, I have full trust in Masai’s ability to find great talent anywhere in the draft, whether it’s at the top of the draft, middle of the draft, or late in the draft

ill feel good about whoever Masai picks in 2022

i feel like outside of top4 this draft is cheeks, duren doesnt really look all that impressive, same with hardy. Maybe that super tall guy who went to a small school.

Jabari smith is a great piece. He's not the piece tho. Not much iso, superstar in the playoffs game there imo Elite #2 tho, not a #1

He looks like Vin Baker with 3pt shooting and better FT shooting.

No-one else has seen Blake Wesley? Guess I'll be first on him......potential lottery pick, more so than some who are mocked there now.

New Big Board

1. Chet
2. Pablo
3. Smith
4. Ivey
5. Duren
6. hardy
7. Chandler
8. Kendall Brown
9. Baldwin Jr.
10. Keegan Murray

That's it.

After that? Jovic, Daniels, Bennedict, Dieng, Griffin Jr, foster, Watson, beauchamp, montero, Nzosa, collins, tyty, Mark Williams.

Nothing special, weak draft.

It's a 3 year tank imo

Next year it will be Barnes and a top 10 pick. The year after that? Another top 10 pick. The big 3.

Summer of 2024 when we have our big 3 and all the cap space, before we pay Barnes, thats where you focus. You wanna try and make a splash in the summer of 2024. Hope your big 3 has shown enough to bring a superstar or 2 to join them.

That's how you build a team imo

Hardy and duren are so overatted imo. Duren has no bbiq and hardy is a chucker . Hope they improve. this draft is so thin after that top 4 . I do like Kendall brown but again another elite glue guy who can't create his own shot. Dieng and jovic are both intriguing aswell.

2023 is so loaded. Wouldn’t mind it being a 3 year tank, although if we win the lotto or at least get into the top 4 this year we should be good to go

We could've had two future kawhi's if wiggins/kaminga were on the table for siakam.

And because getting Kawhi level talent is so easy we will get one this year in the draft and another one the following year. Then TwO will just want "one more guy" to pair with Scottie and our three Kawhi's. Playoffs in 2030. Book it.

I forgot about Scottie Barnes...I'm seeing triple over here...nine kawhi leonards!

Roster is poorly constructed. We need "one more year" to pair our nine Kawhi's with a true C.

I think whatever lotto pick we get this year, plus front office will probably address our depth issue in the offseason might mean we won't be bottom 10 again. We'll see though. If they start racking up mickey mouse fake wins like they're doing tonight then we might not get the type of draft pick we need and the rebuild might get extended.

Don't mind taking a night off from tanking if it means beating the Bucks.
