looks like the first utah tank rebuild failed, onto iteration #2

Just a few more years of tanking. Hopefully be rounding out their roster in 2031-2032 to make that play-in push.

They started their Tank 2.5 years ago. Don't act like they taking years.

The Jazz have made 3 top 10 picks in a row and will likely make 3 more given the state of their roster.

I hope we can make a trade with either the Kings or Pelicans. I don't know exactly what the deal would be, but I think those are two franchises that, because of the recent change in front office, will value their existing players very differently than they did a few months ago.

I agree - New ownership and/or Front office don't hold the same allegiance to current team players and also want to put their own stamp on the team - always potential to overpay.

They should trade Lebron back to Cleveland, honestly. Cleveland has the assets where it makes sense, and I’m not sure their current roster is enough to get the over the hump. It shortens their window a bunch, but another title with LeBron would mean everything to that city, and this would be a good year to go for it.

What about Grimes for RJ in a sign and trade? I'd take Grimes at 50M for 2 years over RJ.

Poeltl / Mamu
Barnes / CMB
Ingram / Walter
Grimes / Dick / Agbaji
IQ / Shead

Grimes is a better 3+D player and he's got more potential as an off ball player. I'd look to flip him later on though. It would be an overpay but we could use more shooting and perimeter defense.

Why would they pay RJ the same (or a little more) money, for the same length of time, instead of Grimes? They would just sign Grimes to that contract.

Yes, the Heat should go into the season with a Bam/Herro/Wiggins core.

Please and thank you.

Pure cope. They absolutely collapsed without Butler. Time to take Riley to the retirement home.

The Heat and Lakers are so damn lucky theyre free agent destinations. Lebron saved both franchises and then Butler saved Miami. Without them going there, they'd be some of the worst run franchises.
