The tone on Acy will shift VERY fast, just watch. He's an EXCELLENT pick.

Milwaukee is by far the best 2nd round drafting team, I bet they did it again here.

Agreed. Most high-motor guys don't have his athleticism.

If you wanted shooting and a big, Drummond and Lamb would have worked. Disaster of a night. Let's sign Nash, get 9th and get it over with.

honestly, we just have to wait and see whats going on when Summer League starts. Hopefully everything works out but it seems so slim that it actually will.

BC makes it seem that every draft he likes to play a game called 'How Many Times Can I **** Up Tonight'. He's definitely winning this year

"If you're talking about dunks in college basketball, it's really hard not to have Quincy Acy on the list at some point in time. Fifty percent of his made field goals in his career are dunks. So, him dunking the basketball is nothing new but his ability to ignite the crowd is great. One of his best attributes is to be able to finish in very tight spaces. On this particular play when he caught the ball on the right block and spun baseline and lifted through on the other side, it showed a combination of a big man who can use great footwork, speed and agility."

LOL - undersized PFs not named Barkley wont be getting dunks like that in meaningful game time.

Colangelo, you don't even surprise me anymore, this is it guys, Toronto, NBA Champions = NEVER

You have no clue who Quincy Miller even is at this point. Just because everyone else is yelling and hollering, doesn’t mean you should too.

Do some real research. NBA comparisons mean nothing. Quincy Acy is nothing like Hakeem Warrick. He’s the Faried, Reggie Evans, Blair, of this draft. The guy is explosive and he’s aggressive. I love the pick.

Quincy Miller would be the slowest player on our team.

But hes not going to see the floor with Bargs and Amir ahead of him, assuming Ed's gone. That makes im the 5th big in your lineup. You didn't need him on this team. This team needs shooters and we needed a backup PG assuming Jose is gone and Nash is here.

This board is easily the most entertaining non porn related site on the internet. As much as I want the Raps to pick the best players it's way more fun to listen to the craziness here. Keep it up. lmao

Hustle guys are loved quickly by T.O. fans. Hopefully he pans out. We haven't had good luck with second round picks. Or 8th picks for that matter...

Let’s hope Hollis Thompson falls to us.

He’s a top 5 shooter in the draft, ahead of Doron Lamb in my opinion.

I agree with this. It was evident in Casey's interview that he has a certain way he wants to play and he knows exactly the type of player that he needs to make that system excel. This is something new for the Raptors because they usually draft BPA and then try to fit them in. Teams like San Antonio always draft for fit because they have an actual system. BC has to have a lot of faith in Casey to do this.

He sure must. It's good to see the GM & Coach are on the same page. Will be interesting to see how it works out, that's for sure. I mentioned before that the Ross pick was nice, but a little too high for my liking - I can live with.

Think Acy pick is nice as well. But we need more guys that can handle the ball, create and shoot. The shooting part was sorta addressed, but the ball handling and penetrating part was not. I would've like to see more of that addressed.

He'll see some floor. I wouldn't be surprised his toughness and hustle warrant him 4th string big minutes (over whoever the fat people we had), assuming we trade Ed.
