If you look at the games we have played against the Bucks without Gasol, they always allow Ibaka to shoot as much as he wants. He always gets up a lot of shots against them.

Gasol would make a very big difference for us out there against them.

I don't get Nurse playing chess crap.. we gonna face then two more times so should we lose both games too? We need to finish top three(Lakers 2nd seed) in regular season standings. I don't think Lakers will pass Denver and we can beat Bucks with healthy squad.

We got what they want. Do you think we will see them around here when the Bucks lose and Giannis bolts outta Mil?

You remember that list of post the Bucks posters made when they were up 2-0? That compilation was epic!

I'm so happy for them! They really deserved a victory. You could tell they've been waiting 9 months to feel some satisfaction. Poor guys. Probably couldn't sleep all year. Rest easy boys. You've finally defeated the mighty giant Toronto Raptors! lmfaooo what a joke **** team. Has there every been a more despicable fanbase that is so entitled, conceited, and lacking any self awareness to have a great team, than the Milwaukee Bucks? Y'all are from Milwaukee! Have some **** humility lol

TD should have played more minutes tonight. Gasol and Norman change things for us though that’s for sure. Nurse doesn’t really trust our bench it seems. Tonight we could have used 14-20 points from Norm. Sit Ibaka and had Gasol out there instead.

I want more ammunition for when the Bucks lose.

That list of Bucks posters and their posts when up 2-0 was brilliant. We need another one of those again.

The funny thing is, the last time a Milwaukee team won a championship was 1971, and that counts baseball. Literally the last 30 years Toronto has seen 3 parades (Jays 2, Raptors 1), to Milwaukee's zero. If I were a Bucks fan I'd feel ashamed to talk smack on another board, much less the Raptors who beat them in 4 straight last season to make/win the Finals.

At least this clears up who to root for in the playoffs if the Raptors get bounced. Kawhi or LBJ getting rings > Milwaukee.

Those people are the actual losers. It’s called projection.

I was at the game - amazing atmosphere, nothing but love in that building for our squad.

Ibaka didn’t look well. My feeling is that he’s sick. He just wasn’t present tonight.

We played stretches of absolutely brilliant D. They hit some big shots, benefited from some questionable calls, and showed us all why they might win 70 games. They’re an absolutely elite team and we’re right there with them. I love what Nurse deployed for Giannis. The game was live and a ton of fun. This team believes they can win right until the final horn sounds. I had a blast in there tonight. Gasol would have been great tonight. His hands, passing, and strength would go a long way.

Troof.

It's one game. Of course, IF the Raps won tonight, people will be anointing back to back 'chips.

This is their life. They live in one the worst cities in their country. This is confirmed by pretty much every metric used to measure quality of life. It really shines through in how angry, bitter, and cynical they are.

Oh well.

There is no chess crap. Some of the guys that played tonight won't even see the floor in a potential series vs the Bucks. He's playing who he has at his disposal. We want to win the game, of course. But it doesn't mean as much to us as it does to them. For them, that was their NBA Final. All Giannis talked about all star weekend was how we stole his chance at the NBA Finals. We occupy so much space in their heads it's not even funny. The second they get down in an actual playoff series, they're ****. This was just one game of 82 that is practice for us. Playoffs matter. Finishing above the Lakers won't matter cause they aren't making the finals.

He didn't sound as agitated in that interview before the 4th quarter. This game was a great play-off practice. A win would have been nice but I am sure we will come back from this better prepared for the playoffs.

bucks don't have that player either though

You can pick whatever narrative you want for this game: Raptors were missing two good players, didn't play well, and kept it close. Giannis didnt play well and Bucks still won by 11 on the road on the second night of a back to back. End of the day I think Toronto can beat anyone in the East in the playoffs but i think those chances are significantly lower against Milwaukee with the Bucks having a decisive edge due to Giannis.

The Bucks are a tier higher than anyone in the East, anyone that says otherwise is lying or doesn't pay attention to the game.

I won't trust until they prove it in the playoffs, Last year was an exception and they got lucky. I say the Bucks will be knockout in 2nd RD

I don't mind giving the Bucks and Bucks fans their due (even if their is a contingent of Bucks fans that want to make an ass out of themselves), they have a really good team and I don't believe in focusing on the past playoff series. So long as they are healthy, they have a path to a deep playoff run & the championship.

Why do you need to finish top 3? As long as we get 2nd seed in the East, that should suffice.

We could probably beat Milwaukee only if we can hold them under 95 points in four games. We just don't have the fire power. It's not the defense that will let us down. I doubt we get to Milwaukee anyway. We' ll struggle just as much against Boston. Boston has a starting line-up filled with talented scorers who can defend as well as we can.

Long game, y'all. No sense in focusing on one game.
