See you guys next season. Pray Lowry is still on the team or we'll be an 8th seed the next five years.

It's truly been one of my favourite things to watch these past four games. Siakam scores when he wants (even if he occasionally misses). And other times, he just waits for the double-team that he knows is coming - and then passes it out for a dime.

He's not a superstar. But nobody expected him to be a superstar. But he's been great now that he's broken out of his funk.

Casey hasn’t been fired from the pistons and Brooks somehow is still with the wizards. And these guys aren’t anywhere near nurse.

Nurse is as safe as any coach in the league.

There’s rumors Brooks is on the hot seat. But also the expectations for the Wizards and Pistons weren’t quite the same as the expectations for the raptors heading into the season.

Pistons made horrible moves throughout free agency aside from Grant. They signed like 5 Centers in the same day lol

You say they traded for Russ as if that was supposed to make the wizards legit lol. And yet the majority of their wins have come with Russ out so that should tell you all you need to know.

We had the 2nd best record in the league last year and yeah we lost our bigs, but after signing Baynes the media thought we’d be at least alright and wouldn’t drop off too much. Don’t pretend like this team hasn’t been really bad in comparison to expectations with the roster they have. 2 all stars from last season (1 a starter)

This is an interesting season. The Raptors are playing well enough to win games but the officiating had been against them in pretty much every game, which had lead to a terrible start. If the officiating changes a bit, the Raptors end up in the regrettable 8th seed.

This is why Kawhi, Ibaka, Gasol all left. It was always about harassment from fairweather fans and never about the contract. Some headaches aren't worth the money.

I want an apology from team positive. I was treated like a Trump supporter on r/Politics for stating the obvious before the season.

This is how it is with bad teams. They'll lose a bunch of close games early in the season, and about 15-20 games in, they'll let go of the rope and start getting blown out.

Season is almost over y'all.

On the plus side, it seems Siakam is back. In his last 5 games, he's averaging 23.6 PPG (60 TS%) to go along with 9.6 REB and 6.2 AST while only committing 1.8 TOV. This is definitely the most well-rounded stretch Siakam has played in a very long time, possibly ever. Pretty much the only negative the last few games is he's ran out of gas in the 4th and now just missed a few game-winners.

I was team positive but I don’t think I put down team negative.

Also Trump supporters are biologically low IQ so please don’t compare those two things.

I knew the wizards wouldn’t be legit with Westbrook. He’s trash. But the wizards gave up wall and a pick for him to get worse? Also go on the general board and see what people were saying over the summer. Over half of them had wizards as the 6-8 seed. Same with the media.

Also you’re severely undervaluing the value gasol brought. He was literally our anchor on D. You play him instead of Len for the 7 or 8 minutes that Len played the last 2 games and we probably win both of those games.

Also you’re putting the blame on nurse for being 2-10 this year but not giving him any credit for being the 2nd seed last year? The truth is we overachieved last year and we’re underachieving this year. Over 72 games our record will even out to around 450-500 unless we trade Lowry. Losing what was the best center rotation in basketball hurt us bad whether you want to admit it or not.

I was actually called a Trump supporter for saying this core is weak because of low IQ.

Don't worry, there will be a response quoting me doubling down on it and my mental capacity being lacking

That was a great look for Siakam, it just didn't fall for him.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

They don't ever call that foul that late in a game..you can get away with contact in the paint in the NBA.

Which is why teams typically give the ball to a ballhandler and let them create space for a jumper rather than taking it into the paint.

Unfortunately the only two who can really create are too slow and short to create in those situations.

Weak azz new DeRozan.

find a new whipping boy as DeRozan could always get space to get his shot off..i've seen DeRozan close games here. going forward fred or lowry should have the ball in their hands.

Surely this is a troll post, right? Derozan dribbled the ball off his foot multiple times attempting game winners. He literally did it once in Portland against Wes Matthews.

Lol didn't that happen in like his third season? Demar was literally one of the most clutch players in the fourth quarter in 2017. https://www.reddit.com/r/torontoraptors/comments/63stze/nbacomclutch_stats_demar_derozan_is_3875_507_fg/
