He’s a shot maker! Makes a lot of difficult mid range shots. I wonder if the Raps will continue to let him take those shots or if they will phase them out of his game.
If you let him take those shots there will definitely be nights where they’re not falling. I doubt he can make those at an efficient enough rate over a season. That said, the raps don’t have a mid range scorer and sometimes those are the only shots a defence will give up.
It will be interesting to follow his development and see if the Raps let him be who he is or try to mold him into their type of offensive player - 3’s and layups.

Raps will let him be who he is, which is basically, take whatever the game is giving you. And the Raps have been subtly changing their game to add in more mid-range shots. OG has started taking them, Boucher too, Malachi has it in his game and GTJ. Team is adjusting on the fly.
