Yes. Normally you have 1 or 2 or 3 guys you build around. And around them you put other players that fulfill a role.
Roleplayers can even be allstars. Ofc a starter roleplayer has more value than an end of the bench guy.

His mid range is really good and has a chance to become elite. Not everyone is born to be a good 3 point shooter regardless of what so many stupid ass coaches think these days.

Its neither. Its simply missing open shots, which is a skill issue.
The offense actually created that open shots - which is a good offense when you get those open ones.

Problem is you have to build around the right 2-3 players.

IQ, RJ and Dick are not comparable to the other core players that are usually around the best players on the best teams of this league (period).
