Did the Lakers take Scott Machado? Frickin draft ran 60 seconds too long for my crap SHAW pvr to record it all.

Just curious, if Scott Machado isn't drafted, can he be signed by Toronto now?

Lakers took Sacre. Yes, Machado, like anyone that wasn't drafted is a UFA. I'm sure his agents phone is ringing off the hook.

Can we start a petition somehow? BC is all about sales, so if it makes enough fans happy why wouldn't he throw the league minimum at him? Besides, it's obvious from everything we're seeing he wants Nash. Machado is a PERFECT guy to backup Nash. If anyone should pattern themself after Nash it's him. Has the great court vision and lacks athleticism. Has a decent shot, I think. MACHADO, MACHADO, MACHADO. We need a representative on this quick.

It's obvious we're not the team that signs Machado. BC barely wanted 3 rookies, we did Zubcic 56th, we're going after Nash, etc.
