I'm not sure if people are being serious with Porzingis on their want lists at #20.

You can't be serious. Suddenly picks in the mid-teens have demonstrably, guaranteed more upside than Ross? I cry for this board.

Because Porzingis will never be a useful player in the NBA. He will sit somewhere between Jan Vesley and Tomislav Zubcic on the list of euro-scrubs who made a mockery of the NBA GMs who drafted them.

These are players that can contribute immediately for the Raptors at 20
#1 Anderson think he will be available most GMs scared to draft him but we can play him leading the second unit but would need to get Livingston as our back-up PG.
#2 Elfrid Payton he has the potential to be a Rondo type PG 6ft4 needs to develop a shot PG isn't our greatest need but would be our back-up PG
For potential
#1 Porzingis 7ft PF work well in future with Jonas still raw would need 2 years unlimited potential.
#2 Grant 6ft8 SF like Wiggins in a way top athlete , good defensively needs to develop his offensive game,

Who I don't want is McDaniels good player but 6ft6 we have enough small SFs

#39
#1 Inglis
#2 Bogdanovic

#59 Bachynski

You're delusional and put too much sentimental attachment to our players. From Joey Graham to Bargnani.

All I said was other teams likely wouldn't trade a top 15 pick for Ross, which is likely true.

I wouldn't trade Ross unless it upgrades the SF spot with a bigger version of himself. I just don't think moving up is realistic with the assets we currently have. There are still some great players available at 20 with upside.

Hm.. Ross was projected as a mid-teens pick as well, until he was taken considerably higher. It's a question of what you see in Ross versus what you see from the mid-teen upside picks in this draft. I'm not for trading him unless it nets us a top 10 pick though, so I do agree on that end.

I think the percentage of picks that pan out in that range is about 50% the other 50 are rotting at the ends of benches or out of the league. Definitely would not trade a 15-20 pick for Ross as much as I disliked his disappearing act in the playoffs.

Lets leave it to Masai, there is a reason why he is an NBA GM and great scout

What? So I can't post my opinion on this forum? Why do these forums exist then?

Great video! McDaniels absolutely dominated Hood!
People are sleeping on this kid...there is a reason why GM's said he's the biggest sleeper in the draft.
I'm confident Masai will draft him if he's available. He's that SF we desperately need.

Care to explain? He is a bit on the short size but he has decent wingspan and reaching height. Can play D and is athletic; reminds me of a smaller Gerald Green

Saw this on hoopshype

One executive, who didn't want to be quoted to protect his team's draft strategy, said he preferred Gordon to the two other big men in the same range (Julius Randle of Kentucky and Noah Vonleh of Indiana), citing Gordon's potential impact defensively.
