NBA screws the Raptors again with their schedule format. Will have to beat the Celtics in that one game for the #2 seed with as easy as their schedule is in comparison to ours.

So I guess you play the next 8 available games on your schedule against active teams that haven’t already played 8 games but you can only play each team once. Simple
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

You realize they all are getting 4 months off right? That's a really really long off-season they already had.

Unless you make the conference finals or finals, you are only going to be playing for a month and still get 3+ months off.

Remember last year we won the title middle of June and we were in training camp end of September, that's only about a 3 month break.

They have 4 months off now where they are quarantined in their homes. Not on vacation to ease their stress. Distancing from friends, family, trainers, etc. Yes, it's time they are not playing grueling basketball, but playing 2-3 months off high stress basketball followed by 6 weeks off, and then a full 7-8 months of regular season/playoffs again is going to be tough for the players.

Its only tough on the final four teams. The rest go home pretty early.

Toronto finished June 13th last year and had 3 months off. Whoever wins it this year say Oct 12, will now have 2 months off instead with trainin camp expected for mid december (but with a huge break due to covid)

Its not really all that bad. They have to adapt. It is what it is

Is it just my imagination or do we have the hardest schedule?

Quite easily.
It's funny because we were supposed to have one of the easier remaining schedules before the season got suspended.

Oh well, I'd rather have real tough & testy battles before the playoffs than to play some weak a** teams after a long layoff.
If we win most of our games, people/the media will take us way more seriously going into the playoffs.
If we lose most of our games, we'll be slept on going into the playoffs & will have plenty of bulletin board material. Also, Nurse will know what to fix & have us ready for the playoffs by making the necessary adjustments.

Raps get HOSED with by far the hardest schedule looked through every one and it's not close... Phoenix and Orlando both with gifted schedules.. Orlando's only tough game is against us

Boston gets WASH twice? and BK? and Portland? Who made this schedule up lmao

Looks very likely like we will be a 3 seed

I know its a tough schedule but I think across the board, these games are going to come down to which team is in better shape.

I don't think you can just put a check mark on the schedule which you might think is a win or not.

Teams like the Raptors have an upper hand imo because they have chemistry, togetherness, and guys like FVV KLOW that just 'know how'.

Plus Nurse will get them playing hard and smart.

I dont mind the tough schedule, let them face the best competition to prepare for the playoffs. I really dont think we lose the 2nd seed.

Dropping T-wolf James Johnson for Kevin Durant, on my fantasy team, just in case.
