i was hoping the raps would retain him as an asset, but i personally think his impact is more replaceable than ppl think. his defence is closer to average than good, and offensively, while much improved under Nurse, is still slow to read and react.

I will try to remember Ibaka as the low-IQ player who is expected to pull the most idiotic turnover every single game, so I wont feel bad about his departure...............oh who am I kidding, this guy sure has flaws, but also carries a lot of pride and heart, sucks losing him!

Lol I know im gonna sound like a hater but Ibakas impact metrics don't paint a picture of a guy thats irreplaceable. His shooting and efficiency are gonna be hard to replicate. However, hes been declining on D for a while. Also his offensive metrics aren't that great even with his improved shooting/efficiency. He relies on good guard play to get him looks and he can't be trusted to pass the ball or make choices.

Anyways losing him to the clippers hurts especially for the MLE. Like we easily couldve gone over 20 for a 1 yr deal. But alas thats the nba business, when your team is in LA you get to play things on easy mode lol
