seeing the early results its clear scotte is going to be ROY;
lots of closing momentum. the storyline was mobleys first half, but their collapse, raptors uprising (in addition to scottie play)

Thing is Mobley has the argument defense wise, you can say Green scoring wise and Cade with scoring and assists, however Barnes legitimately has the fewest holes in his overall game, mainly FT shooting and 3 point shooting. But that's kind of it in terms of rookie standards.

Yeah, let's get that straightened out right here. He was for our championship season but has been the Raptors guy by perception only.

If you look at his power ranking contributions since then his weekly blurb can be copy/pasted as "Raptors, wait and see. Minus 2 spots"

and if you look at ESPN's big 75 things playoff preview his important Raptors playoff insight boiled down to the Raptors mascot distracting Booker - can this be reproduced? Absolutely zero insight or commentary compared to every other team discussed in the article.

Another very encouraging sign is that basically every ballot released that doesn’t have Scottie 1st has him at 2nd. So Scottie is racking up the most 1st place votes so far and has the 2nd place votes over 0 3rd place votes so far
