Rose 23 points on 23 shots  he actually looks like a worse DeRozan. His shot selection makes DeRozan look like a genius

Points per shot aside, Rose woke up here. Closing the game.

Rose is 2 steps slow from his explosive early days... still dangerous though.

OKC clearly having raptor hangover from last night... we gave them a pretty good bruiser of a game.

OKC losing to the Bulls makes our win less special.

Wow this OKC Bulls game was a direct mirror to ours. Crappy shooting by the Bulls to start the game, lots of missed open looks, lots of iso ball and then a huge 4th quarter from Rose and clutch shots to pull out the win. Even the score was identical +1 point. 104-98 vs our 103-98.

Anybody else notice WB congratulated Rose on their win just now, but totally ignored Lowry and his outstretched hand last night? lol... I really dislike him.

Nah, road back to backs are tough...unless you're the Raptors.

Even if you dislike Reggie Miller or Chuck, what they're saying about OKC has a lot of merit.

Their offensive style WILL NOT WORK in the playoffs. Can't go my turn/your turn.

Something the Raptors have to remember - don't fall into old ISO patterns. Keep up the team play. Keep sharing and moving the ball.

D-Rose was nice tonight in the 4th after a really slow start, got his bounce back late to help hold off OKC.

That idiotic switching by OKC. What is Donovan thinking? Bulls look pretty damned good.

Eastern Conference is actually going to have a winning record (9-8) against the West once the Charlotte beatdown of Dallas goes final.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

same switching of Kanter onto the guard killed them against the Raptors. Mismatch every time.

And for whatever reason Kanter can't move laterally. Funny to see his activity and mobility offensively and on the offensive boards, but it doesn't translate defensively.

Letting Kanter close out that game and then switching on everything made Rose go off at the end there. At least he was able to take advantage of it I guess. The switching was baffling, it let them choose between gasol going at russell in the post or rose going at kanter on the perimeter. Then they just gave up with time left. :nonono:

Not that I agree with their style of play, but it has worked for them the last several years going deep into playoffs so your statement that it will not work is wrong. Whether or not they can win it all is still undetermined.

I guess that's true. It has worked for them, but I'd have to wonder whether or not they'd go farther if they didn't rely on isolations.
