i'm not gonna lie, i'll get really emotional if we do end up winning.

I'm sure many can relate to this growing up watching this team play for so many years. I remember the VC shot vs the sixers like it was yesterday even though I was really young.. at the time it didn't hurt as much but it was still in the back of my head. However, after the years of VC getting hurt and having Chuck Swirsky be the most entertaining guy on our team, watching guys like Lonny Baxter, Lindsay Hunter, jelani Mccoy etc I was still a die hard, i'd listen to the games on the fan 590 if I couldn't watch it on tv lol and now i'm a grown man waiting for the day I can see my team advance to a level they have never been to and it really is a big deal for me.

Did I write this? It's like you took the thoughts right out of my head!

Guys we really need to enjoy the moment. Just think, we once had Jamario Moon as our starting SF, Marcus Banks as our backup PG. There's been some dark times for this organization man. I'm so thrilled that we're going to have a chance to go to the ECF with a team full of players that I really like. No matter what happens in game 7, it's been a great season.

I really have no vibe about this next game at all.

Funny thing is I thought we were screwed against Indy given how each loss was a blowout and we had just come off of one. This series has been tight and Kyle and DeMar have FINALLY looked like regular season versions of themselves that I feel a helluva lot more optimistic going into this than I did last game 7 BUT...

It's very tough to feel 100% with the combination of poor defence on Dragic, Joe Johnson and the NBA wanting more than anything to give Wade and LeBron their meaningless showdown as the Cavs will steamroll the old ass Heat that are quite frankly imo lucky our guys (DD & KL) have stunk the entire Playoffs because if they played as they did last game with how the rest of the team played throughout the season and most of this Playoffs I legit think we could have taken them out in 5.

I know what this is trying to make fun of BUT a few things...

1. Duncan won a championship in his 1st year, that right there should be enough to flat line the joke
2. The Spurs also had 50+Ws EVERY season (minus the shortened year) and were a legit threat EVERY season
3. That was also in far tougher Western Conference
4. They won 5 championships in that time, we've yet to make a conference finals & it's only the 2nd time in 20 years in the 2nd rd
5. Those few outliers that say something as silly as blow it up at this point are just the vocal (miniscule) minority

Most of the "negativity" is just saying not to bring back DeRozan not to blow it up entirely. Sorry to kill the sarcasm but I don't even think a post like this is worth the effort given the size of the target audience lol and not really an "apples to apples" joke.

This is the year of record breaking for this franchise and if this isn't any indication of us winning then I dunno what is? I've been fool by this fake team way too much this season and don't let that game 6 loss fool you because you never know what can happen with this team if we lose then fine people will be like we can't beat the league wishes but if we win this fake team fool us again
