That's the thing. Players know what's what. He came here, worked in training camp, everyone liked him. Nick stopped playing him. The booing makes little sense.

He played pretty well tonight, better than last night

Everything in context. The lead up before training camp. And also what we don't know as to why he was sent away which is not a normal thing even when he's not playing. You just don't see that often and it leads to questions. Teams don't just send players home to be paid unless his attitude stunk and then it was mutually greed upon. Then showing up to another teams game when under contract for us. None of it looked good. Whether Siakim knows about it or not i doubt it's something he would reveal to the public either. Fred commented he was "sitting at home" and chuckled at the podium after the TD.. what does that tell you? I mean as sports fan that checks all the boxes for a boo.

Anyways good for him he had a pretty good game. He was a plus 15. The highest on his team today.

There were couple of games where Flynn played decent still didn't see playing time but wtv I'm not gonna go further, past if past. As long as he's getting minutes from this point on, I'm cool with it! Dude can play!!

Haha, I was going to post the same thing, then thought better of it. Better to keep the energy positive after a nice win.

Don't worry man, I have a doctorate and I didn't even spell her name right. We are the same. Moral of the story education is a sham [/b]

Well that makes me feel much better

I don't think Education is a total scam. I think it's important for kids and teens to go to school, I just think they need better job at teaching topics at different ways to different students as everyone learns different.

Also with University degree is still important, I think it's up to person to do proper research if the degree they're getting is actually going to be worth it ya know.

But I'd like to hear your thesis on why Education is a sham, especially since you're a doctorate.

I’d have to guess many of you read stat sheets instead of watching games cause how can anyone say Flynn got them into half court sets. I saw possessions where pascal of all people had to direct traffic and get Flynn to hurry up. He can drive and kick like most guards but his poor first step is an issue. Playing the nets with the roster they trotted out masks what Flynn really is and that’s a 3rd string point guard. FO has to address the backcourt they need some athleticism there.

I chose that username to motivate me to become smarter as I felt I was dumb. Knowledge is one of most beautiful things to have, so I'm trying to gain more of it. I can't lie, since I created that username, I continued to waste way more time than I should. Thankfully I'm still young being in 25-30 age group. But I feel like I'm slowly getting better at building good habits, just got get rid of bad habits that hold me back. Weed & Porn. Continue to take my meds and I should be on a good path.

Keep grinding and working on yourself dude, and don’t feel like it’s too late to strive for higher goals (if you want to). I took a huge risk not taking a job transfer from Vancouver to Ontario, and instead chose to go back to school at the age of 39 last year. Find something you want to do/achieve and give ‘er. I’m definitely not at the top of my class currently for ability or smarts, but I’ll be damned if I let anyone outwork me.

I appreciate that man and definitely not too late to chase your dreams. That's my message I want to spread people through Social Media Platform.

Also working hard, or working at all  is probably my biggest downfall atm. I sleep way too often, I put little effort into a lot of things and can barely keep a job due to Laziness or Anxienty. But I realize it takes small steps, so I just try to focus on doing minimum and work from there, and even then that's still a struggle for me. (Been 3 years since I needed to pass Math test on GED to finally get my GED and still struggle with motivation to study.! :banghead:  )

But goon on you for going back to school man, hope it takes you far in life my dude!

I mean it's great to be educated and to the highest level, but in my experience, education isn't that valuable in the work industry. I've seen firsthand people with lesser degrees have much better careers purely based on connections and other extraneous factors. Having an education is definitely an advantage if you want to work in academia though.

I fear that once Fred comes back he is such a security blanket for Nick that he'll go right back to playing him 40 minutes

I’ve seen enough of the midget back court with lowry here and with all due respect Flynn didn’t do a good job of getting them into sets efficiently. Teammates were helping him throughout the game. If the raptors plan on winning Flynn shouldn’t even be in the rotation.

Yeah I definitely agree on that. As saying goes "It's not what you know, it's who you know" is one of the truest statements I've ever heard. Big reason I'm trying to improve my social skills and make more social connections!

I'm surprised they just featured our game during half time of the Lakers Mavericks game on TNT. Wade said shoutout to Malachi as they were going to commercial break lol.

But at the same time he called some bull sh*t fouls on Siakam. The reffing was terrible on both sides which is classic Tony Brothers.

Pretty obvious that thad provides way more for our team than dragic would've. Really didn't get why people cared so much about him. What a steal of a trade.

Can’t win a trade more than getting the better player and some cap savings in the process!
